How do I deposit funds into my trading account?

After installing the trading platform, you must open a Real Account. Upon opening your Real Account you will receive your Real Trading username and password. You are now ready to deposit funds into your Real Trading Account:

  • Start the trading platform, and click the "Trade for Real" button.
  • Enter your username and password in the "Login" screen.
  • Click on the "Account Balance" icon, followed by the "Deposit" option.
  • Select your preferred deposit method.

How do I Deposit via Credit Card?

To deposit to your trading account by Credit Card:

  1. Choose the Credit Card deposit option, by clicking on the Credit Card button, in the Cashier.

  2. Complete the Credit Card deposit form.

It will take few minutes for you deposit to be processed and once approved, you trading account will be credited with the funds immediately.

If for any reason your deposit is not approved, you will be notified by Email within a few minutes.

How do I Deposit via Wire Transfer?

To Deposit to your trading account by Wire Transfer:

  1. Choose the Wire Transfer deposit option, by clicking on the Wire Transfer button, in the Cashier.

  2. Enter the amount you would like to deposit via Wire Transfer and click on the "Continue" button.

  3. On the next page you will receive all necessary Wire Transfer details, including your transaction reference number. Print this information.

  4. To complete your deposit to your trading account, please proceed to any bank and forward your Wire Transfer to bank. Be sure to include the transaction reference number on the Wire Transfer form, within the Payment Details field.

  5. Bank confirmation of your Wire Transfer may take up to 5 days. Your Trading Account will be credited immediately upon confirmation, by your bank, of your Wire Transfer. You will receive an Email notification upon deposit to your Trading Account.

How do I fund my trading account with PayPal?

In order to fund your account via Paypal you should have an account with PayPal. Please log into your trading account and click on the Account Balance" button to enter the cashier section.

Choose PayPal as your preferred method of payment. Enter the amount you would like to deposit and your PayPal email account.

You will then be transferred to the PayPal site. Log into your PayPal account by entering your email and password and click "Login".

In the next page you'll be asked to review the transaction. Make sure all the details are correct and click on the "Pay" button.

Your PayPal deposit request will be processed immediately and funds will be credited to your trading account.

How do I fund my trading account with Western Union?

To deposit via Western Union you must visit an authorized Western Union office. To locate the nearest Western Union office please click on "Choose Western Union Agent". In some countries it is possible to transfer the funds online.

You will now be issued a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)

How do I fund my trading account with Moneybookers?

To deposit via Moneybookers, click the "Moneybookers" option after having clicked "Deposit".

How do I fund my trading account with WebMoney?

To deposit via Moneybookers, click the "WebMoney" option after having clicked "Deposit".

Enter the amount you wish to deposit and your WebMoney ID (If you don't have a Moneybookers account, click on the "click here" at the bottom part of the page).

You will be redirected to a WebMoney page where you will be asked to approve the transaction details. Approve the details by clicking the "Pay" button.

Then you will be asked to choose the way to authenticate yourself, and click "Next".

The next page will show the final details of the transaction. If you have more than one WebMoney purse defined in your WebMoney account, please select it, and click "Confirm and Payment".

Within minutes your account should be credited with funds. (If your request is not approved, you will be notified via email).
